There’s something about summer evenings at Pasadena City Hall that feels straight out of a movie. The warm light, the romantic architecture, the quiet corners tucked between courtyards and archways — it was the perfect setting for this editorial-inspired engagement session.
From the moment these two arrived, the energy felt effortless. Elegant, playful, and deeply connected in a way that made every frame feel natural. She wore a stunning white dress that moved beautifully in the evening breeze while he kept things timeless in a sleek black suit. Together, they looked like they belonged in the pages of a modern romance editorial.
As the sun slowly started to set behind the building, the light turned golden and dreamy. Pasadena City Hall always brings such a European feel to sessions, especially during summertime when the glow hits just right. We wandered through the gardens, stopped under the arches, and captured moments that felt both cinematic and intimate.
One of my favorite parts of the session was how comfortable they were with each other. The soft forehead kisses, quiet smiles, and the way they naturally melted into one another made photographing them so easy. Nothing felt forced. Just genuine love and really good vibes the entire evening.
